BOIS-COLOMBES (92) ZAC POMPIDOU « SERENIA » - LOT D
About the project
We were brought in as part of a construction project for a 39-apartment residential development on 3 basement floors located at 12 Avenue Armand Lépine in Bois Colombes (Hauts de Seine). This project was part of the wider Pompidou – Le Mignon ZAC initiative to create a green and dynamic neighborhood, reflecting a clear urban identity and addressing
contemporary urban issues.
What was PRO-FOND’s contribution?
PRO-FOND played a crucial role in this project, installing a 52 cm thick diaphragm wall held by a bed of metal needle beams. This was crucial to ensuring the stability and safety of the project.
Which challenges did PRO-FOND have to overcome?
The biggest challenge was to retain an excavation at a height of 9 meters in a dense urban environment.
Additional information
PRO-FOND helped transform the urban space of the neighborhood: redefining Avenue d’Argenteuil, creating public spaces including a new square, renovating and
developing of pedestrian walkways and streets, and expansion of the Parc Pompidou. These reflect our commitment to sustainable development and the creation of high-quality spaces for people to live.
