In the heart of Bois Colombes, PRO-FOND participated in the construction of a residential development. This large-scale
project demanded the expertise of a leader in deep foundations.
What was PRO-FOND’s contribution?
We built a 4035 m² diaphragm wall to guarantee the stability and safety of the development, held in place by 1 to 2 beds of metal needle beams/bracing.
Which challenges did PRO-FOND have to overcome?
The biggest challenge was the complexity of installing the diaphragm wall in a tight urban space. Additionally, the need to maintain extreme precision in the installation of the needle beams and metal braces demanded technical expertise and careful scheduling. Our team tackled this challenge first-hand, ensuring the safety and long-term durability of the structure.
