About the project
An ambitious project in the heart of Gentilly: the creation of a modern and environmentally sustainable office development at 9, Rue du Président Allende. This is considered a landmark project for its innovative approach and its commitment to sustainable development.
What was PRO-FOND’s contribution?
PRO-FOND, in collaboration with FRANKI FONDATION played a key role in this project. Our expertise was crucial in the creation of a specialized foundation, which is essential to support the imposing and innovative structure of the development. We created a diaphragm wall, held by 1 to 3 beds of temporary anchorages, and 1 to 2 beds of pre-stressed metal needle beams.
FRANKI FONDATION then built a Parisian wall held in place by a bed of temporary anchorage and foundation piles, using the FRANKI STAR process.

Beyond the technical aspects, this project stands out for its positive impact on the community and the environment. With more than 7000 m² of outdoor space, planted terraces, and a low-carbon design, this project is part of an initiative to create a healthy and sustainable working space, perfectly integrated into its urban environment.
